Guidelines

This is the initial part of the entry process for the Gold Standard Awards 2010. If you are an independent financial adviser click on Intermediary above. Once you have submitted this initial form, should you be successful in progressing to the second stage you will be sent a questionnaire to complete. The questionnaire forms the basis of the judging process, which relies on entrants attaching the appropriate evidence in support of their answers.

  • Please submit the form below as soon as possible in order to give yourself the maximum amount of time to complete the Gold Standards questionnaire
  • The deadline for completing the questionnaire will be 20th August 2010
  • All answers will remain confidential.
