Rosy Anand Head of Marketing, Workplace Savings and Defined Benefits Solutions, Aviva has worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in pensions. She is responsible for market development, digital transformation, strategic marketing and workplace member engagement. Prior to joining Aviva Rosy was Marketing and E commerce Director with Legal and General Workplace savings, managing defined contributions pensions and auto enrolment propositions, a position she held for over five years. Rosy has also had roles in global corporates such as Barclays, HSBC and Zurich.
Rosy is chair of the Gold Standard Awards and judge for the Women in Investment awards. She is also an assessor with Pensions Quality Mark.

Chris is a dedicated, passionate and highly professional individual with over twenty years' experience in financial services and leading teams to increase performance and managing change programs.
Chris is proficient in a number of areas within the financial services technology sector including training and business transformation consultancy. She is Founder and business owner of Jigsaw Tree Limited who work with technology companies, platforms, networks and IFA firms.
Nick's subject matter expertise is in the FINTECH and INSURTECH space. He is a brand and customer experience specialist with over 30 years in the client and agency financial services environment. The last 20 in digital. He has held senior marketing roles for life, pensions and investment companies, his last as Head of Communications for Barclays before moving into marketing agency and consultancy ownership. He has been responsible for bringing countless innovative products and over 14 brand new financial services businesses to market, including operating as an NED for a retail property investment fund manager. He is a founder director of an online simplified protection business utilising mobile technology. He specialises in solving business and marketing challenges and providing advice on how to create differentiation through defining core business purpose and delivering integrated customer experiences across all channels.
Communications and Content.
David is a financial communications professional with a long experience of telling stories that help financial and investment brands resonate with their audiences.
He started his career in the late 1990s, working in consultancies such as Edelman and Lansons, before moving in house at Fidelity International and M&G Investments, where he was head of UK corporate communications and ran the institutional content team. He launched the strategic consultancy ‘Communications and Content' in 2017.
David holds an M.Phil (History) and a B.A. (Medieval and Modern History) from the University of Birmingham. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is married with two children.
Chris is a CIM Fellow, Chartered Marketer, qualified Coach-Mentor and RSA Fellow, with over twenty five years' financial services marketing experience. Prior to co-founding his own agency, Financial Marketing, Chris was head of marketing for a leading over 50s insurance brand, launched a consultancy dedicated to TCF and was Managing Director of a top ten City communications agency. Chris is a multi-disciplined marketer and has won awards for his work in both financial services marketing and PR.
Director - Research
Asset Risk Consultants
Dan is responsible for the smooth running of the Research Team, collating qualitative and quantitative information on investment managers and providing information to intermediaries based on this data, including the Private Client Indices and ARC Charity Indices.
Dan graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc (Hons) in Biology and completed an MSc in Corporate Governance and Administration from Bournemouth University at the same time as gaining his ICSA qualification.
Dan is an Associate (ACIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators as well as a Chartered Fellow (CFCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Malcolm has worked in the financial services market for over 45 years. He held senior roles and Board positions in the industry before joining KPMG as a Director in 1998. He joined EY as an Executive Director in 2005 and worked on over 100 engagements in the long-term savings, investment and protection space before "retiring" in 2014 and becoming a Senior Adviser to the firm. In March 2017 he became a Non-Executive Director of Fairstone Group; one of the largest Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK.
Unique Financial Planning
Philip co-owns and manages Unique Financial Planning, a general advice business with thirty advisers operating predominately in the south of England, alongside a couple of other non-executive roles. Before this, he was Proposition and Marketing Director at Openwork for six years, with responsibility for product propositions, marketing, PR and leading its investment company, Omnis Investments.
Prior to that, Philip spent two years with F&C Investments with responsibility for the asset manager's UK retail proposition and was Business Development Director at wrap provider Nucleus Financial Group, which he co-founded in 2006. He had previously been a founder-director of consultancy Abacus Financial Marketing, working with more than 65 life companies, asset managers, IFAs and industry bodies on a variety of strategic and proposition projects.
Kim has worked in UK financial services for over 35 years. During this time, she provided consultancy to over 100 financial services companies. She's a columnist and an industry judge for many awards. In the early 1990's she created consultancy Pretty Technical Partnership and later founded Pretty Financial a London City based IFA. She has been consultancy head of compliance for 3 major companies and currently works with a Chartered and Certified IFA business and a leading pensions actuarial consultancy.
Sam has worked across a diverse mix of organisations, from global advisory firms to innovative financial forecasting businesses, yet her unwavering ambition to help make finance more rewarding for consumer remains.
Sam is CEO of Moneyhub - an award-winning digital financial tool for customer-centric organisations and leading player in the field of open banking.
Psigma Investment Management
Sara joined Psigma Investment Management in 2013 and is a multi-disciplined marketer. She is presently Marketing Director, focused on helping build awareness in key institutional and private client markets. Sara has significant wholesale and institutional experience across both asset management and private wealth sectors, having held client facing, business development and senior marketing roles in the finance industry for more than 25 years. Before joining Psigma, Sara was responsible for wholesale and institutional marketing for Insight Investment. She has also held roles client and adviser facing roles with NatWest and M&G Investments.
Together with responsibility for marketing, Sara is instrumental in building Psigma's charity capabilities and is a trustee of the Psigma Foundation.
